"It was a nice hotel in the middle of all the action. It was very busy in the area, ancross from the Pavilion, and traffic is always bad. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast on the lower level was delicious. There are many Malay choices. Faies served us every morning. Extremely good and friendly guy. Made special roti for us each morning. The room is clean, big and has high ceiling. But the bathroom requires some quick maintenance. The sink faucet is loose and wobble. The toilet paper holder and the make up mirror are also loose. All these needs, are tightening with a screwdriver. The hangers in the closet are not the same set, they are a few different shapes. No big deal, but they his is a 5 stars JW Marriott and the bar should be set higher."

"Overall friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Booked a king bed with balcony room, but was assigned a room with dirty balcony hence we did not utilise the balcony at all. We also got a room meant for handicap users, hence the toilet door, shower handle, mirror to the shower space was designed for handicap users in mind. It was slightly inconvenient and limited our usage of the toilet. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but due to the going construction of the property few blocks away from the hotel, the path was rough and often blocked by heavy vehicles with no proper pedestrian walkways. We did not feel the safest commuting by foot around the property. Able to reach bukit bintang area in ~15 mins by walking. Would try another hotel next time."

"The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. Cannot fault the hotel at all and will be staying here every time I visit Malaysia."

"Staff and cleaners were super friendly, the elevators can be a bit slow at times. Love the convenience of location to different plazas and variety of food options in the surrounding area."
