Loud music banging away until midnight!!

There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration.
