"We had an early flight and the Novotel Airport was very convenient. Shuttle was good and spacious. Drivers were kind and considerate. Staff at the hotel was kind and helpful. The only inconvenience was to have to go to airport to take the train to Brussels central, because shuttle stops around 10:30 pm"

The bathroom could use a bit of a touch up to give a bit more of a cleaner appearance. The sink had a hard time draining the water, so we reported it to the administration. And also the hallways smelled a bit funny. The hotel was in renovation process (entrance and lobby), but that hardly take much comfort away from the stay, so overall, a nice hotel choice were to stay close to the city's center."
