"These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!)
