The staff are very helpful and attentive! They made our stay very comfortable. Good clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom. We had the continental club lounge which was lovely to relax in, with a good choice of drinks, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very good location for shopping, and fairly close to the ferry. It feels clean, elevated contemporary. We were sad to leave! Please be aware the location shown by Expedia is incorrect. The hotel is at the northern end of the Harbourside mall and a good 10 minutes walk to the Star ferry.

The Hotel is located at an area which is convenient for everything. The front desk staff are very friendly and Kooby who is the Assistant Chief Concierge is very professional and helpful with our check out process. I had a great experience staying at this hotel for over 12 days
