"My experience had unfriendly staff the room wasn't clean properly there was tissue in the door the sheet were wrinkle and the room was dusty. There was no coffee and water in the room but could have been charged $45 more just to access those necessities."

"The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast room, at the front desk, and the doormen, were all wonderful. We enjoyed our comfortable room. The breakfast room was quiet with nice music, great ambiance, enjoyable coffee, juices, and food. We loved everything about our experience, especially the ideal location in K-Town, right in the middle of everything."

"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"
