"Staff was very friendly. Convenient we stayed here after moving hotels last minute. Good location for tour buses. My husband and I went on two tours while we stayed at the hotel. It was comfortable, lots of food options, and shopping. Great restaurants. Near a Moneybox where you can get the best rate for exchanging money."

"It's close to the station, there are convenience stores and local food restaurants nearby, the hotel staff are friendly, and the cost performance is excellent. I would like to stay here again. The only downside is that there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, which disturbed my sleep. No matter how much I tried to get rid of them, there were still a lot of them."

"The room is tided every day with fresh water provided, and the bed was super comfy. Its an unmanned hotel, which has an easy checkin/check out screen in the lobby. The cleaning staff are very friendly. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the train station, a 10 minute walk to the Cheonggyecheon stream, which if followed takes you to the palace. "The staff was friendly and courteous as I entered the hotel. While this hotel is near a busy street, it was calm and quiet enough at night that I could sleep without much interruptions. Having a small fridge made it easy for me to save my leftovers. The location is excellent since it’s within walking distance of the orange, purple, and dark blue subway lines at Jongno Sam-ga, and also near the Changdeokgung Palace area and Insadong Culture Street. I was very satisfied and happy with this hotel...

"The place is unstaffed. You check in by kiosk. It’s located in an area of home remodeling stores. Hard to find tucked in an alley. 4 Rest sign on upper part of building in alley. Looks super sketch but it was actually very safe. The room itself is very small and minimal. No tv. The room and the building once inside the 4Rest is very clean. Not convenient location to anything. Short walk to Starbucks for morning brew. I would not recommended this place. "
