ファミリータイプの部屋に宿泊。 ユニットバス、排水機能が悪くシャワーの水が溜まる。 無人だが、遠隔操作で話すことは可能。 チェックイン等は基本的にタブレット操作。日本語対応。 朝食は、カップラーメンとコーンフレーク、牛乳や茶菓子少々が常備されている。
