"The room was great. Soft beds, great shared space, and a fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was also fantastic! Highly recommend paying for the breakfast if not included. Really well located to walk to major attractions and the subway stops that take you almost anywhere else."

"Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. They definitely went out of their way to make us feel important. The staff is amazing and the location is right by a train station to make visiting Seoul very easy. Highly recommended if it fits your needs. There is a reason it’s a Forbes 5 star hotel!"

"The rooms were very clean and a good size. It was very conveniently ocated with easy access to the subway and airport shuttle service right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. The only complaint is that the food at the hotel restaurant was not the best. Although there is a nice cafe downstairs. But, that is a very minor issue."

"We haves stayed at the IBC hotel last few years for the convenient locations to public transportation, restaurants, Cheongyecheon stream and families. This year the hotel seemed to have hot water supply systems which was resolved with two afternoon hot water systems shot down. Air conditioning was working well but noisy. Carpets were stained and need of deep steam cleaning."
