"The unit we had was really great. Good location in Revy, it was clean and well appointed for cooking. The Rocky Mountain Soap Co. amenities in the bathroom were awesome. The only issue we had was the out of operation hot tubs that we didn't know about till we got there. Both tubs down for the whole weekend, not awesome."

"The room was a little beat up. Like a ski resort room. The blinds in the living room did not go down making it impossible to enjoy that space and the fireplace since other rooms were directly across the way. The television in the bed room did not work. It was almost a nice room. The bathroom was outstanding. Staff were extraordinarily helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is clean and well-equipped with extra blankets, two luggage carriers, a nice chair and lamp to sit with, a good desk, and clean and well-working microwave, and fridge. The bathroom is well-stocked with ample towels and nice extras. The reason I am giving the property a good rating rather than excellent is because of the heating. We came into Invermere late evening. The room was very cold. So we cranked up the heat. We had no idea that there was a setting for air conditioning and heat that we had no way of controlling. It had to be set by maintenance outside the room. By morning there was frost on the AC unit. The temp never went higher than 16 degrees Celsius that night. The staff was excellent in providing a space heater and then later setting the proper temperature. I still believe that I must complain about this. I don't understand how a room can be set to A/C only when it is October 16th. Invermerians must be a tough bunch. I haven't used A/C since late August. We will likely visit again, but first will ask what the heating unit is set to before we go to bed!!!"

"Nous venons à cet hébergement en long séjour depuis son ouverture car nous aimons cet endroit . L’endroit est exceptionnel avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes et rivière . Nous avons mentionné à tous les fois que certains endroits ne captent pas bien le wifi et empêchent même de faire des opérations très simples comme télécharger 1 ou 2 photos . Nous avons cru à quelques chose d’occasionnels mais il faut croire que c’est commun . 2e chose : malheureusement l’entretien est fait rapidement et malgré qu’on a parlé à l’extérieur à un employé il semblait peu intéressé à nous écouter sa journée étant terminé . Dans le passé il y avait un accueil et des gens dont on pouvait communiqué . Maintenant tout est fait autonome avec cadenas et on contacte par cell un responsable . Nous avons expliqué clairement le problème en privé pour pas nuire à l’établissement que nous aimons . On nous a répété le même discours qu’on peut lire dans les commentaires que c’est désolant et qu’on s’excusait . Cet établissement a besoin d’un contrôle d’entretien . Pour le reste on se plaindra pas de la grandeur des chambres on est ici dans un base camp genre camp de vacances . Pour une table à dîner on a compris qu’il fallait prendre l’appartement 2 chambre qui est sur 2 étages avec vue exceptionnelle. Une belle adresse qui devra mieux gérer car présentement une partie de sa popularité est due surtout au spa avec vue dont les gens raffolent à voir l’excitation des familles ."
