"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

Superb stay in a great location

"Right beside Shibuya Station, this new and very modern hotel is super convenient and very cool. Staff are very international and excellent with advice. Our deluxe corner suite was really well laid out and excellent for a peaceful nights sleep. Starbucks and Dean & Deluca are right downstairs for breakfast. Transport is right below the hotel. 3 min walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing and plenty of shopping. Loved our stay. "

"I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan. After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time. Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!"

"The property all was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a super convenient area only four minute walk to the train station and Shinkansen. It’s in a quiet neighborhood only 20 minutes from Shibuya. The area downstairs is amazing with an aquarium, bowling alley, shopping, food. Overall we loved the hotel and we’re definitely stay at a prince hotel again."

"We wanted to stay near Shibuya, but in a more quiet section - this spot was perfect. There is a short 10-min walk to Shibuya Station and shopping. There is a market directly across the street and plenty of convenience stores nearby as well. Our room had its own washer/dryer (with soap!), which we needed and used almost daily with all the humidity! They had a kitchen table, sink, fridge and hot plate so that was a nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and we used the check-in screens when we arrived and left - super easy! They have free amenities in the lobby, like hairbrush, shower cap, tea bags, body sponge, and toothbrush - which came in handy for us. The soap they have in the shower was very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again. "
