"Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty. "The parking lot is very spacious and the garbage is comfortable. Also, there was a Ruakaka stream in front of the garden, so it was good as a healing point. If there is a heat pump, it will be a recommended accommodation for four seasons that I really want to visit even in hot summer and cold winter."

"The cottage was extremely clean and tidy, and very well appointed. Little things, like extra tea towels and toilet paper in the drawers, really made it feel like a home away from home. There was a small amount of road noise during the day, but the landscaping made any traffic invisible. It was so nice to sit in the sun, surrounded by garden. An oasis in our busy week! "
