The location is convenient, with two large supermarkets just a one-minute walk away. It is run by kind hosts; I was especially well looked after by H during my stay. I would love to visit again.

Lorraine and Peter went out of their way to make our stay unbelievable. Always concerned for our comfort and well-being. They have an extraordinary knowledge of the local area and were always there to assist us in planning daily events. The room was outstanding and the view spectacular.

Loved the Motel and our room. The incredible panoramic view from both rooms was wonderful. Great little self contained kitchenette which we loved. Sky Satelite TV a big bonus. Easy & safe car parking. Across the road from the Ferry wharfs and main shops area very close.

We loved our stay at the anchorage! The facilities were great and staff very friendly. With a beach view and only 5 minutes walk into town it was the perfect location!

What a surprise. These awesome apartments are situated in the caravan, mobile home park in Paihia. There are only 5 apartments, 4 of which have elevated views. They are very spacious and have everything that you need; kitchenette, separate bath and shower, bbq, TV, sound dock etc etc. There is also laundry facilities near the main office. Haka House has the best location. Incredible views from the common area. Check-in was easy with clear instructions for arriving after hours. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only downside was ensuite has a bit of a sewery smell. With door shut it doesn't impact the bedroom.

Great service. Even though it was a basic room for 2 Adults and 3 Children in separate bedding, it had everything we needed and the kitchen area was well equipped.

Really happy with our stay here, the match between price and quality was great.

Motel was fantastic, friendly owner, room was tidy and clean, kitchen had mostly everything, would suggest a mixing bowl. Queen bed was firm (I liked it), single beds were slightly softer (kids liked that), swimming pool was great - could have been warmer though on the colder days but was just perfect on the hot days, I would describe it as 'tepid' rather then a warm pool. Very unique camp site where you can see native birds wandering around, including kiwis, wekas and pūkekos. Not to say a parrot like beautiful bird and characteristic resident chickens. To a nature lover, this would be paradise. We enjoyed our stay thanks to very friendly host Kelly.
