"We loved our stay at Coco Palm! It is an older/more traditional style resort but that was part of the charm for us. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Lovely pool, bar and restaurant and delicious Thai food options. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, made amazing cocktails and great food. Our room was so clean every day and the beach was always spotless. Big shout out to Nèung at the bar - thank you for all the cocktails and great chat! We hope to be back one day."

"Quiet location up on the cliff with great views out to the ocean and surrounding beaches. Spacious, well maintained rooms with a private swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and exceedingly helpful, nothing was a bother. Restaurant on site was very nice. Being based up on the cliff made it a little more difficult to explore local restaurants, etc. but the property provided transport to and from anywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing Koh Samui...

This is a beautiful little resort with only 9 villas. The management and staff are amazing, extremely attentive (but not in your face) and the rooms are simply magnificent. Our villa had 2 bedrooms with the largest beds I have ever seen (and we travel a lot!) 3 showers, 3 toilets and a huge bathroom including massage table. The food and services are extremely good value, often about half of what other resorts charge and the food was delicious, every time. This is perfect for a couple/family...

I last stayed at Sala Samui more than 7 years ago. While still the same offering, it's got better. High quality pool villas, shaded day beds on cheongmon beach, great pool, good restaurant and faultless service.

We booked the Gardenia room with spa and ocean veiw, very happy with our stay. Love the room decorations, very neat and clean.Enjoy sitting at the patio reading my book and listening to the sounds of running water is particularly refreshing, calm and relaxing.
Very impressed with the services. Our room is not ready upon our arrival and obviously we were very tired after 13.5 hrs of flying but we were offered with a spare room to rest :)))and the same being offered to us on the day of our...

Absolutely faultless experience, the staff are warm and attentive, the customer service is world class. The location and facilities are amazing. The spa is exceptional and we even did a wine tasting session with Thai wines which was great.
There is nothing to fault, we had 5 nights here and it is the best hotel in Thailand I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend it, it is superb.
We will absolutely be back!!

Charming traditional Thai style hotel in the town area. The beach is direct access from the back of the hotel. Very nice and relaxing despite the heat. Enjoyed my stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay as two couples on a trip together at Kupu Kupu - everyone was so lovely and wanted to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. We felt so welcome and comfortable, our rooms were also beautiful. Everyone who worked there was amazing but in particular San and Andy were great. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.

This was our favourite stay of our trip! Wonderful service and hospitality, rooms are modern and well appointed and the grounds are very relaxing. The pool was delightful and perfect for a refreshing dip. If you are looking for a private escape Moorea is well worth your time.

Ammatara Pura is a quiet boutique hotel with beautiful, clean beach frontage. There are only 18 rooms (huge), all with a private pool.
Perfect for couples and particularly honeymooners. Perhaps a little quiet for families with kids looking for other kids to play with.
The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away and there sre 2 restaurants right on the beach next door.
The staff were lovely and helpful, particularly Nan.
We had a lovely relaxing week at the resort after a hectic...

We recently stayed at Anantara for our honeymoon, the resort is immaculate, the staff are friendly ,and the food is wonderful. I. highly recommend a visit to skytops restaurant as well as visiting their Thai buffet and show night on the beach. We stayed in a ocean view villa with private pool, also highly recommend. The resort is close to town and local shopping centre. (30 min walk or 5 min taxi)Would definitely come back!

I stayed here 3 nights and can only really fault it for the high price of the food in the restaurant (at least 2-4 times what you should pay in Koh Samui in my opinion). The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful, the room itself was a perfect size and very comfortable. I really didn't want to leave! The hotel is very family friendly, so be aware that the pool might be taken over by young kids most of the day. It is generally a very peaceful place though and I felt very relaxed. Also note...

This resort is lovely. Best breakfast! We stayed in the garden pool villa. It was pretty private but some gaps in the fence and hedges meant there was no topless sun bathing :-) very quiet in November, and it is about 300-400thb to chaweng main strip and 350thb to Fishermans village. So perfect to get away from it all. Wifi is good but not on the beach. Beach sand is a bit shelly and a bit rocky once in the water but they give you beach shoes. restaurant is nice and lots of options. Pools are...

I stayed at the Idyllic Samui Oceanfront Resort and Villas for 3 nights earlier this month.
The resort was amazing and the rooms are superb. I was in a villa facing out the front of the resort and was able to watch the sunset over the bay from my balcony every night.
Although, I think what really made my stay special was the staff from the ladies who made up my room everyday and where always smiling to the staff in the reception office who where always there to help.

Very formal and polite staff. We had an ocean view private pool villa. The view really is stunning. Whether looking out from the bedroom or in the inifinity pool. Just sublime.
Main restaurant was great. We booked for dinner one night upstairs at the Star Bar and had a Shabu dinner which was awesome. Cocktails were also top notch.
The room was very comfy. The deep soaking tub was a nice touch. It looks out over the pool.
The only downside was the amount of leaves that dropped over the deck and...

We (a couple) arrived at Code in the evening after some delays and the staff members - Faith in particular - were ready for us and made us feel very welcome. The staff and Manager were very helpful throughout our stay yet not overbearing. The hotel was very quiet during our stay however the hotel still ran its full services (full breakfast service, spa service etc) which I appreciated. The hotel is up a little hill into the jungle off the main island ring road, and the hotel will take you up or...
