"Very clean and quiet, a river just outside the door made sleep fantastic. Bed was great, sheets were clean couldn't have asked for more, will definitely be back."

"This is a lovely property. The layout of the cabins is allows for privacy and at the same time sense of community. The cabins are well appointed and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The location is ideal for participating in outdoor activities, or just lounging around enjoying nature. Beware that many of the cabins are a fair distance from the available parking. My only quibble is the mandatory $35.00 dollar " Resort Fee" I would far prefer that the rack rate be the actual price, without sneaky add on fees. Frankly I find this practice deceitful. That being said, we loved the place and we will certainly return."

"This place was very neat and tidy. My room was great. Bed comfy. The room looks fairly recently renovated and is modern looking. The grounds are in the process of being renovated but are still usable. Lots of picnic table seating and a nice fire pit. It looks like the pool isn't functioning at this time. I would definitely stay here again. Only concern; no a/c. It wasn't hot when I stayed but I'm not sure how it is when it's hot. Also a full length or large mirror would be nice to see how you look. Wonderful friendly staff."

"The house was very large and comfortably fit our group of 8 (3 couples + 2 other friends). It was clean, had all the essentials you would expect, and we loved the large backyard for our dog. They were very accommodating of our pet and included some items (food/water mat, waste bags, etc.) for us. It's located in a quiet neighborhood right next to a grocery store which was convenient. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the main parts of South Lake Tahoe so keep that in mind if you're planning to spend most of your time in that area."
