Very convenient location. Walking distance to airport. The hotel is new. Large, comfortable very clean rooms. Most of all very friendly and helpful staff, in particular Osman at reception (if you have any problems he will help). Breakfast is large and omelette served with a smile. Thank you!

The man on day reception was very kind and helpful. He got us a taxi for Ani ruins and Lake Cilders for a very good fair price. He had great suggestions for local dining. Breakfast was delicious.

Gorgeous and friendly staff welcomed us on arrival, the rooms are a very comfortable size, super clean, easily worked for 3 adults. The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay.
