"Deniz is a wonderful person and the house is a very pleasant place to be. The surrounding area is a mess, but it is really in the center of the city. "The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Castle and other interesting sights. The staff were wonderful, kind and considerate. The communal sitting area is lovely and I was plied with tea all afternoon. The place is really warm which as a February visitor was important. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice.
