The man on day reception was very kind and helpful. He got us a taxi for Ani ruins and Lake Cilders for a very good fair price. He had great suggestions for local dining. Breakfast was delicious.

The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk along the river into the busy part of town with pkenty of food options and shopping.
