The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The shower was not working. Even though it was fixed, the shower flow was still low. Ended up not using the resort dining credits since they were not advertised during check in.
Cons:The breakfast was average with limited vegetarian options. The breakfast food quality, the coffee, and service left a lot to be desired. Charging for parking in a non - urban area felt excessive.
Positives: Great location and access to beach, courteous and helpful staff. Luau was fantastic. Rooms were very good. Comfortable stay.

Everyone here is great. They make you feel warm as soon as you walk into the place. They also gave my kids gifts from “Santa” for writing a letter. Amazing staff. Definitely going back
