The staff is very friendly and eager to appease you in any way possible. We went to the spa every day as it had amazing treatments and was so relaxing. We would definitely stay there again! "

"The area was stunning, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We came for our honeymoon stayed for 4 nights, wish we had stayed longer. It’s about 40 minutes to ubud (depending on traffic), but there is a shuttle twice a day from the hotel or grabs are easy to get. "
