"Everything was perfect. The personnel was outstanding and the guide of our game drives, Allan were amazing. Only one recommendation: the only thing lagging behind all the wonderful other aspects is the cuisine. Too little fresh produce and often not really healthy food . Would be worthwhile to improve the gastronomic aspects of Ukhozi, especially given the high price of accomodation."

"You’re right on the edge of the best reserve in the area & the game drives are all on the Shamwari Game Reserve. These are better than we ever expected & our ranger/guide, Cillia, was the best! Daniel at the Lodge managed everything for us & was always there for our needs, nothing was too much trouble & he ensured everything ran like clockwork. Cynthia was brilliant, always smiling and calm, Ntombi was also excellent and helped us with our questions about local culture. Overall superb!"

"The Woodberry was in a tranquil location in the reservation. The safari drives were good with knowledgeable trackers and the apres safari drinks around the fire was a nice touch. "Bukela is a beautiful stay, facilities are great, friendly staff and our ranger (Sim) was very knowledgeable. Foodwise is really below average, just not good especially for a 5* resort. It felt like diner was prepared during the day and heated up in the evening, just not fresh. Breakfast was really poor. Only meal that was good was the lunch. No snacks during the day. Due to this matter i will not likely to visit Bukela again nor reconmend to anyone which is regretful as the staff and facilities...
