Despite the busy season, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that instantly made us feel relaxed and welcome. The staff, led by the admirable hotel manager, Difford, went above and beyond to ensure our holiday stay was special. The housekeeping service, particularly by Bonnie, was outstanding. Our room was impeccably maintained each day, providing a serene and spotless haven to return to amidst the festive hustle. Bonnie’s attention to detail and dedication significantly enhanced our comfort during the stay. The hotel’s ability to create a peaceful atmosphere during one of the busiest times of the year was impressive. The blend of festive charm and modern amenities ensured our stay was both delightful and relaxing. The festive decorations and ambience added to the joy of our holiday, making it a Christmas to remember.
