I booked the superior room for the guest, thinking that it will be of the highest standard rooms available. "The hotel is well situated but the rooms need attention. Shower handles broken. Taps not secure to the basin No aircon. Thank goodness it was overcast and cool. Fan was ok. Beds were too small. King would have been better TV is working but has minimal channels and the screen has multiple lines so part of the TV is not clear.....thank goodness we don't watch much TV. Could do with a repaint and overall maintenance is required. Asked for towels at 2pm, had to ask for towels again at 6pm Wouldn't rush to book again, unless desperate."
