"The rooms were clean. We reported our hairdryer was broken around 8:30pm and a working one was delivered after 1 hour. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. the pools at the resort were great. Different sizes and temperatures to choose from. Many poolside chairs to use. Towel stations were great. The chlorine itself was a lot cleaner than I anticipated - only one day was the pool oily from everyone's sunscreen that hasn't set in, not that much floating hair, sand at the bottom is expected. There are convenient bus stops all around the resort if you want to use public transit. We used the laundromat nearby twice and it was $16 USD to use the washer and dryer."

"My stay was pleasant at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms could use some work. The rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated. We stayed at a suite and also a standard bedroom. The suite was spacious, beautiful, balcony, lovely/natural, wood furniture all around. The coffee at the lobby was tasty. The pool was small, but the area around it was spacious. I enjoyed my stay."

"Wallpaper was hanging in the room. I booked a King bed then arrived to 2 double beds. Tv didn’t work, maintenance assisted then day of check out it went out again with the ac. Housekeeping rehung used towels as if were new."

"We originally booked partial ocean view but we got upgraded to a full ocean view at check in. The hotel is not even on the beach so “full ocean view” was the view of beach front hotels. The pictures on the website are very misleading, the only reason I even paid extra for the partial ocean view was because of those pictures. Other than that, stuff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and located in the heart of Waikiki. "
