"The staff was extremely helpful "

"My stay was pleasant at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms could use some work. The rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated. We stayed at a suite and also a standard bedroom. The suite was spacious, beautiful, balcony, lovely/natural, wood furniture all around. The coffee at the lobby was tasty. The pool was small, but the area around it was spacious. I enjoyed my stay."

"Wallpaper was hanging in the room. I booked a King bed then arrived to 2 double beds. Tv didn’t work, maintenance assisted then day of check out it went out again with the ac. Housekeeping rehung used towels as if were new."

"We originally booked partial ocean view but we got upgraded to a full ocean view at check in. The hotel is not even on the beach so “full ocean view” was the view of beach front hotels. The pictures on the website are very misleading, the only reason I even paid extra for the partial ocean view was because of those pictures. Other than that, stuff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and located in the heart of Waikiki. "

"It was a cold (for Hawaii) weekend, and the hot tubs were 'under maintenance' so we couldn't use them to heat up between dips in the pool / lagoon. The staff were helpful overall but seemed very stressed and short on patience, with the exception of a few who were great. Parking is expensive (something like $60 a day?) and your food options are expensive if doing anything within the hotel, so I'd recommend walking or driving somewhere else. Our room had no hot water for showers (luke warm at best) which, again, for a cold weekend was not ideal. We had a room of 4 but were only given 3 bath towels, had to ask for a 4th (that should be standard for a room for 4, attention to details). There's no room clock, no microwave, but there is a mini fridge (which wobbled every time we opened it, nearly tipping over). Each day the trash cans were overflowing due to the amount of people (also why the workers were probably stressed). The traffic getting in and out was pretty tough too. Overall for how much we paid for our stay (thousands) I expected a more relaxing vibe and treatment, but it felt like I was in a budget hotel with almost no amenities or benefits besides being beach-front with pool access. "

"Room was outdated. Carpet was dirty. Toilet was really small. In all the hotel is old. But the location is perfect and the view from my room is 180 degree view of unobstructed ocean."

"The property was convenient, really close to the shops and beach. Room was good, the only thing that was inconvenient was the one working elevator. I get it things happen but other than, everything else was good"
