Limited breakfast choices, room cleanup only upon demand. Went there last year, let’s say it didn’t get better. Very clean,quiet and super safe area though.

Great climbing wall! Hotel doesn’t look interesting from outside but nice inside. Big and modern rooms. Easy walking to sites. Super friendly front desk staff

In tge the heart of Bavaria
This is a very nice, moder, central hotel in Kempten. Super well located, with parking in front of the hotel, plenty restaurants and shops + a mall just across the street. the train station is around 11 minutes by car 15 by bus and you can even walk there if you feel it. The Central bus station ia few minutes walking as well. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and speak various languages. My partner and i stayed here in late October, it was easy to go to other towns from here. There's only one turn down of this hotel and it's the bathroom design. doors wear clear glass and the doors wouldn't close completely, very modern design but doesn't provide with the privacy needed. Other than that, I will definitely recommend and repeat.

Excellent stay in Kempten
I chose to switch it up from the Big Box hotel and I was not disappointed. Both are great hotels, but this hotel caters more to my style where it’s a bit quieter and a bit more sophisticated. My only complaint is the window shades aren’t completely light proof and the high tech switches stay illuminated at night. For a person who is very easily bothered by light at night, it was a bit annoying. For anyone else that doesn’t have this issue, this hote is a great decision.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to visit Neuschwanstein Castle. It was nicely decorated and convenient. The breakfast was good as well.

Nice hotel but need sorting out!
I arrived about 8:45 pm & had to rush as they stop taking orders at 9:00pm & was hungry after a long drive from Calais. The receptionist didn't speak very good English & we had trouble understanding each other. In the restaurant nobody spoke English plus there was no menu,s in English.I know we are in Germany but surely in this day & age you can print a menu in English like most hotels in the world do?? I ended up ordering the only thing I recognised which was pasta. What arrived was pasta with pineapple??? Whoever invented this would be shot in Italy!!! I had booked a double room with a double bed. To my disappointment I had been put in a disabled room,plus instead of a double bed they had pushed two single beds together. Sorry but this is not a double bed. Why do hotels do this & why do they put able bodied people in disabled room? It's not the first time this has happened to me it's still not acceptable.The hotel was not full! Next day at breakfast I asked a waiter at breakfast could I have 2 fried eggs,no he said in broken English they are not available. I asked a waitress about 5minutes later who said no problem would you like bacon as well? The tea arrived luke warm but was replaced with a hot one after I pointed this out. Trying to check out the reception was unable to print me an invoice for my room extras,it was too complicated so we both gave up & I left. The phone in the room didn't work either,in a disabled Hotel manager get your act together!!

Schon lange habe ich mich in einem Hotel nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt! Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich, Extrawünsche werden möglich gemacht, alles ist gemütlich und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wenn ich wieder in Kempten übernachte, wird dieses Hotel erneut meine Wahl sein und ist schon mehrfach weiterempfohlen :)

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est aimable, la chambre spacieuse. Parking couvert et petit dej assez varié. Nous avons eu 2 bouteilles d eau offerte en partant, très appréciable.
