"Plenty of positives: high quality complementary toiletries, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & kettle, fresh milk & water provided, facilities downstairs were excellent and comfortable, food good, staff friendly and helpful. However, we were in a standard room which was not of the same standard. Shabby decor, small & cramped; only one chair, internal phone not working, WIFI unusable in room, bathroom sink didn’t drain and toilet ran constantly, poor shower. If you have any mobility issues you need to let them know before booking as there is no lift and we had a shower over bath."

Room was spotless, yes a little tired & in need of some tlc but it’s an old pub. We had our little dog with us who was made to feel very welcome. A great stay & would stay agin if in The area"
