"An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. "Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return."

"A group of friends in a bird and wildlife watching trip - lovely property in a quiet and peaceful location. The quay and the nearest pub are only three minutes walk away with fish and chips shop even nearer. Property was clean and very well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "
