Their sister hotel a mile away was suggested for a lower rate but I wasn’t thrilled with the photos. I decided to try Hotels.com and I should’ve known — $35 less for the same room. The elevator was scary, making really unusual sounds. The tv offerings were awful. Satellite? The night desk clerk at check in was fabulous, very polite and friendly. The bed, particularly pillows, was out of this world. Liked the bathroom toiletries. The convenience to the Ochsner LSU Hospital could not be beat. Breakfast was decent, not thrilling. "

"WE stayed for three nights. Never has anyone empty our trash or bring fresh linens. Had to go to front desk to ask for linens. TV old and small - streaming services not available. Breakfast was great - staff was great when I could find someone at the desk. "
