The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.
