"It is an older hotel but the staff is wonderful!!! Friendly, helpful, professional, and very friendly! The lobby and breakfast area are amazing. Our room was clean, air conditioner worked great, beds were great, bathroom clean and nice. It wasn’t fancy, but was clean and comfortable and safe! We will definitely come back!!! The breakfast lady was amazing!!! Food was great."

"The facility needs work. The light over the mirror in the bathroom didn't work so you had to turn on the vent/light. When you turn on the vent light after about 20 seconds it started making a loud sqealing noise. The room was a suite so it had a counter and cabinets. The cabinet door was broken completely off the hinges and they just leaned the door against the cabinet. But that was OK because they ran the extension cord for the fridge through that opening:( The bed and sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. The stay was for 3 nights and they did provide clean towels and dump the trash each day but apparently those little bottles of shampoo and body wash are supposed to last 3 days because they didn't replace the empties after the first day. Same with the coffee and cups, I had to go downstairs each day to get coffee and cups for the room. The sofa had LOTS of stains. I didn't touch it all three days. The mourning staff was very helpful and pleasant."

"Do Not Stay at this hotel!!! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The facility is run down and houses Shreveports homeless. Holiday Inn needs to tear down the building or take their name off the facility."

"I’m so sorry that I’m late for my review, but I really do appreciate your staff especially K2. I was having a very rough time at the beginning of my stay. I did not enjoy the bathrooms and was told that the rooms that I have been assigned we’re on the list to get their bathrooms renovated, so I was assigned to a room with a disgusting bathroom that I could not be able to bathe myself nor my toddler after being put in a second room where the bathroom was actually much worse I broke down at the front desk and K2 immediately upgraded my room to the penthouse suite which I thoroughly enjoyed and will actually be booking the next time I come back to Shreveport. I also especially appreciate her getting me a squeeze a I also especially appreciate her getting me a squeeze an appointment for a facial and massage at the spa. I had mentioned to her that I wanted to book one for myself, but the books were closed and she was able to get me an appointment for both. I had the best time ever. Thank you again for helping a mom out!"
