Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport / Bossier City, LA
3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described...

"It’s not Vegas, but that said, it was a nice visit. Great food in hotel restaurants! Hotel clean and neat. Room was very spacious. Our room was still in disarray with dirty linen on the floor when we checked in (at 8pm). There was a special event Saturday night with very loud music until midnight which was pretty irritating. But overall, I would go back."

"My brother and I stayed here for work, we were here for a month and a half. The staff were amazing. At first there was a miscommunication with a complaint from another guest but Mrs. Kelli took care of it and handle it very professional. I would like to give a big shout out to Kelli, Shelby, and Ashley, yall made our stay extra enjoyable and had great conversations with each and every one of you. The breakfast crew was awesome and house keeping always kept the room clean. If we ever come...
