"Location was the only plus (lakeside, 5 minutes walk from Steamer Wharf). Negatives: tired, scruffy, very poorly equipped kitchen, same twin room we had last December STILL stank of cigarette smoke. Room needs some hanging space and/or shelves. Showers need to be completely replaced."
