"We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is an older hotel but absolutely blew us away with the room and service provided. The room was huge, had everything plus more. The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. "I would consider this a five-star hotel! The staff was friendly, accommodating and the surrounding area is clean and walkable. We shipped our luggage to the hotel and they were already in our room when we arrived. The rooms are very spacious (also full-sized bathtub) with snacks and drinks provided in the small fridge (also wine was provided for weary travelers). We were able to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. There is a nice park just across the street with a number of restaurant choices nearby. Would definitely recommend!!"
