The hotel was a good location and easy walk to many shopping places and to Nagoya station. The only complaint is that the rooms seemed a bit outdated and there were a lot of minor cosmetic improvements that need to be made (chipped furniture, wall paper coming off(. Check in and check out we're easy and the 7/11 downstairs was very convenient

Very close to Nagoya station, my room was large for Japan, with room for working on my computer. The Vietnamese restaurant associated with the hotel, was good and convenient, when I did not want to brave the decision making involved in selecting as restaurant in one of the restaurants around the hoetl The breakfast there was a bargain when made with my reservation.
