Stayed in a twin corner room on a high floor and it did not disappoint. Stunning views and a very luxurious feeling room. You enter the room through the bathroom which felt odd at first but you soon find that it enables a quiet tucked away bedroom with panoramic city and mountain views. The rest of the hotel is immensely tranquil and calming. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Very close to the subway and shopping/food areas.

今回宿泊した部屋から見れた景色が名古屋駅側だったので、昼も夜も綺麗でした。ただ反対側の部屋だとどうなのだろうか？とも思ったが、宿泊時にそのような部屋の指定はできなかった気がします。ですが、とにかく栄のど真ん中、ロケーションが最高だし、1番狭い部屋でも作りが上手いので狭く感じない、また新しいので何に関しても綺麗なのは高評価です。

オープンして間もないため、施設は新しくて気持ちが良い。部屋からの眺めも申し分ない。 一方、スタッフのオペレーションは、まだ慣れていないためか、快適とは言い難い。 特に、朝食に関しては二度と利用したくないレベルである。 利用する人数に対して厨房の能力が不足しており、常に色々なものが欠品しており、補充も滞り、それを待つ人で、食べ物の周りが混雑して身動きできない状態であった。 また、オムレツなどのライブキッチンもなく、品数も少く、朝食の価格に対してとても残念な内容。
