"I love staying with the Mar-Bella Collection. The staff are always so nice and helpful and the property is in such great condition. We’ve stayed in the Bungalow pool rooms for the last few years and absolutely love it (though the room pools aren’t heated). The food is also really nice and great choices for kids and fussy eaters."

"Stayed on the top floor of the hotel, with incredible views of the sea. Hot tub on the balcony was great in the evening when the weather was cooler (stayed in April). The main pool was too cold to use in my opinion at the end of April, maybe by May/June it will be a more comfortable temperature. Service was excellent. "Good place to stay, nice view of the mountains and the sea. High up on the hill so you do have a good walk everyday to get to the beach. Only 7 mins and all downhill."

"You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings....

"The room's conditions in this property are terrible. The WFI hardly works and the children's swimming pool is in poor state (green mould in the borders). No housekeeping on Sundays. Breakfast is very basic, even staff make a joke with guests that the caviar of the breakfast are the croissants (which are not always available during breakfast time which is 07:30 - 10:00). "Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is onsite. We were there in April, off season, so the Bar/restaurant was not open. There's a hot water kettle in the room but no coffee maker. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Good location being in town. "

"The property was in a beautiful location the Staff were professional and friendly specially Marina the Massage therapy she was so sweet, and genuine. What a great massage. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the rooms needs a better maintenance, the AC was old and loud the showers needs more cleaning and the doors are too loud went closing. I could heard everyone leaving their rooms. No for a light sleeper like me."
