"Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming when we arrived, which made such a great first impression. We also really appreciated the nice selection of teas and coffee in the room — and they even had a milk frother, which was such a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tauranga."

"The room was clean and the location was great — close to both the mountains and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the area. However, there were no soaps provided in the container, and I found that many basic items came with additional charges. "

"Loved the area, even though the mountain is closed. Very quite and pretty. Could have used some instructions for the washer and stove, had to have AI help me. Construction next door left the patio unusable, no privacy. Room was nice and I had parking and everything else I needed. "
