Bed and Breakfast in Kauri Point

"Vehicle access to the building from the street is very tight if there are cars parked on the other side of the road from the entrance. I have quite a large vehicle and had to back /forward several times to get in - and nearly gave up."

"Incredibly strange that there was no microwave in either room I booked. Continental breakfast would have been better if all foods remained sealed like the yogurt for instance. Staff were avoidant of guests at the atrium I noticed. A shame. And not very welcoming 😕 "

"Room was clean but no hot water to clean dishes. There was a strom not shelter when you want to got out to the toilet in the middle of the night . So you come back to bed wet. Shower block was dirty and some ones hair ball every were. Nice place to stay but they need to do a bit more cleaning ."

"The unit was clean and staff were very pleasant to deal. Handy location if you need to go to the Hospital. however, the units needed a bit of painting done in the shower area. overall a good reasonable priced place to stay"
