"The place was great, apart from an external noise, like a loud tap filling up a water cylinder every hour day and night. "

"Room was comfortable but did wake to a domestic abuse in a room across the hall. It took two calls to get reception to respond. It was upsetting for my daughter. I understand that it was probably unusual but I still paid the same money."

"The room itself was a large space but the property is very dated and tired. It did not reflect the photos in the listing. We did enjoy the spa and pool. We would of been very disappointed if we'd paid full price. A 3 star property at best in a 5 star location. "
