"We did reach out to you about no hot water and I didn’t get a response. Can we get a small refund for this. Could do two days of cold showers and we had played golf all day. Otherwise the place was a great stay"

"We had a very relaxing, beautiful home. Very quiet and well set up. The owners were very awesome to deal with. I highly reccomend this place, it was only me and my husband,( both senior citizens)."
