This beautiful condo home overlooks our heated pool and the ocean. The condo has just had a facelift! New paint, lighting, wood flooring and wall art, too.

Our landscaped lawns beckon you to stroll to the beach or gardens. Convenient to parking and the bar-b-ques, this condo is ideal for couples.

The renovated master bath has a shower equipped with grab bars and easy access.

Bright and airy, this condo will wish you could stay forever on our Garden Island.

Sleeping arrangements: king bed; queen murphy bed in living room

This condo has a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom for added comfort for sleeping. The tradewinds keep us cool!

The Neighborhood:

The Royal Coconut Coast is aptly named, not just because of the amazing stands of large coconut trees that cover the landscape, but also because much of the area was originally reserved only for the ali’i or royalty in the Hawaiian kingdom. Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. We have the Kaua’i Bus, taxis, Uber, and Lyft, but we highly recommend a rental car to truly enjoy exploring our beautiful island.

Paradise

Kauai is my favorite of the Hawaiian Islands and Lae Nani is where we have been staying for thirty years. The pool is wonderful and only a minute walk to the ocean. Convenient location on the island to get to where you want to go. There is plenty to do if you want to be active or a beautiful place to just relax. The gardens are like being in a botanical garden and a great location to watch the sunrise.

Specifically looked for property with AC-the portable unit in bedroom ONLY cooled that room, and talk about loud!! Also, unit had ants in kitchen Property manager was very nice, along with the security guy

Wonderful Kauai Vacation

Our stay for 11 days and 10 nights was amazing! The condo location was perfect-close to shopping and restaurants.the condo was very clean and comfortable. We opened the door and looked at a pool and ocean view. The lanai was one of the largest among all the condos we saw. That’s was a must for us! We loved the pool, baby beach and ocean. Every morning, we took a long walk along the ocean path. People were super friendly! We swam every day that we were not sight seeing. From the condo location in Wailua, it was easy to visit the north, south and west sights on the island. We are looking forward to a return trip and would stay at this condo again. It was so hard to leave!!

The unit is okay. Nice view, needs updating.

Our stay was comfortable at best. The view is nice, great location for the pool. We used the ceiling and floor fans, rarely the AC (a bit noisy). We experienced some noise from neighbors and the parking lot unfortunately. Don’t think the “facelift” took place recently; everything needs an update! The unit was surface clean (not the stovetop) but requires a deep clean. Kitchen had the necessities. However, one usable blender but leaked and the other had a mismatched jar and base. Toaster was hard to work. With a major update, new furniture and decor to make the unit more like home - this would be a greater stay.

Wonderful!

Great condo, great location, wonderful view! Condo was everything wanted and more. Clean, well supplied condo, comfortable bed. The complex, pool, Outdoor grills were well maintained. Beach steps away, close beach walk to a restaurant right on the beach. Another restaurant 5 minutes away has truly exceptional food. Unassuming in a strip mall, no view, but what food! Jo2 is wonderful! Snorkel Bobs and Safeway are up the street and there is a small cooler in the condo. Great to take a lunch and hang by the beach. Recommend a 5 minute drive to Spa by the Sea for excellent massage. Great location, wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great Location

Condo is a great location for exploring the whole island. Lots of great restaurants a short drive away; also places you can walk to. Pool and beach access were great. Nice to hop in the water after a day of adventure on the island. Condo itself could use a little updating, but the pictures accurately reflected the condition of the condo. Would stay here again.

Condo was great but needs some updating

The condo needs updating. Should have bedding that is new. Bedding was old. Needs new blinds in bedroom & screens. The kitchen should be better equipped. The view is fantastic & we would stay again. Blue Jade was wonderful to work with. As I said the condo needs some minor work & updating but when we go back next year we will book the same condo.

You see and hear the ocean from a large balcony overlooking the pool. Very peaceful. Walking up the stairs is a great daily exercise.

Beautiful

Condo was immaculate. Great view of pool area and beach although beach area is small in that spot so you have to go outside property for Long Beach walks but it’s good for sunbathing and water access and more private. I wish there was a sign on pool gate to not slam the door because pool users let it slam in and out all hours of the day which becomes annoying after awhile. Also although there is parking there is not a designated spot for this condo, which would have been a plus. Still very comfortable , clean and enjoyable
