"This is one of the best hotel which exceeded all my expectations. My room was super clean, the staff was very welcoming at the reception who guided me for a smooth check in. I lost my shoes at the hotel inside my room. They called me back in Toronto informing me that they have located my lost shoes and also helped shipped back to me in Toronto. Every guest get a free 10 minutes ELLE SPA if you purchase any spa services. I highly recommend everyone to stay here."

"Room was a little small if you are over six feet. Husband's head brushed the ceiling when taking a shower. But bed was comfortable enough for two. Laundry room was a life saver with all the rain and the hotel staff left free water bottles in our room when we were out."
