"Location: City centre Shopping: Right next to Komtar, 1st Avenue, etc. Food: Less than 5 minutes drive (walkable) to famous food areas in Penang Rd, Macalister Rd, Burmah Rd, etc. Transport: Easy to get Grab and also near the coastal highway to the Airport. Cleanliness: Clean lobby and rooms, aircon smells fresh. Nice bedsheets and pillows. Inroom TV: a bit lacking in foreign channels. Needs more movies and sports channels. Mostly local TV channels."
