The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

We were looking for somewhere in "hidden Crete" and this property in Maza gave us a sense of rural remoteness but with access to the national road (and easy drives to Hania and Rethymnon) in 5 minutes. The villa was excellently equipped with every modern convenience (except a dishwasher which might have been an asset for a larger party). Everything worked effectively and when the kettle broke, this was replaced...
