"This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It was a very nice experience. The villa has value of money."

"The Villa Aloni exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality and facilities. We were looking for somewhere in "hidden Crete" and this property in Maza gave us a sense of rural remoteness but with access to the national road (and easy drives to Hania and Rethymnon) in 5 minutes. "It was too cold for us to swim but we loved having it available The entire house was amazing, we were so happy here. We felt so peaceful, relaxed and well cared for here! Thank you Michael!"

"Hier hat alles gepasst! Tolle, große Unterkunft, super freundliche Gastgeber, viel Ruhe, schöner Pool. Wir haben rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Vielen Dank!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The place itself was spotless and even better than the photos — the view and the location to the beach were perfect. The hosts went far beyond what we expected, communication was seamless and they were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We'd happily book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Marathi Beach."

"Great stay, very friendly and welcoming, the town has nothing to offer, hosts stocked the shelves with supplies!"

"Great location near a quieter end of the port, including a small sandy beach and restaurants. Walkable to city center. "
