The staff and the hospitality are the best features of the hotel! We have thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfasts, the spa and its services, the pools, the beach, and our own plunge pool. The live music and live DJ were also nice features to entertain the guests. We would stay here again!

We have spent a wonderful week there. We did arrive early and while the staff was showing us the hotel amenities, our hotel room was ready after the tour. The room was spacious, very clean and modern with touch panels to control the lights and the AC. The breakfast buffet in the morning offers a big variety of food. The hotel staff is super friendly, very quick and everyone is making sure that you are well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Nicos our server, that made our stay very pleasant ☺️ We’ll be definitely coming back!

Lovely second stay at the Nautilux. We stayed in a patio hot tub room again, with half board, which suited us perfectly. The staff are all great, exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. There wasn’t much in the way of evening entertainment, but that suited us. The food was always freshly prepared, and delicious. The indoor spa is excellent and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna and a treatment. We also did palates and boot camp which was great too. One of the very best hotels we have stayed in!

Beautiful hotel, but falls short of 5-star luxury. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Nautilux, but it didn’t wow us. Beautiful architecture and rooms, but the experience felt more 3–4 star than 5-star luxury. The seafront location is lovely, although Old Town is a 30–45-minute walk away. Electric scooters were handy for evenings out. Breakfast was our biggest disappointment. Hot food was consistently cold, poached eggs had raw whites, there were no yoghurts, few dairy-free options and the same menu daily. Staff sometimes cleared tables before we’d finished. Freshly made omelettes, smoothies and avocado on sourdough would improve things. The spa is small and relaxing, but there was a sewage-like smell near the showers. Sauna and steam room access costs extra. Both outdoor pools and our supposedly heated private plunge pool were freezing! The gym is tiny, with restricted 30-minute booking slots, but the included yoga and Pilates classes were excellent. Our room was lovely, with a comfy bed, wine on arrival and generous water replenishment. Twice-daily housekeeping was fantastic. However, the air conditioning seemed faulty, the toilet door wouldn’t shut properly, and mould around the sink smelled unpleasant. We also had to request a kettle and tea. Lunch was expensive, and restrictions on outside food felt unnecessary. An app for ordering drinks to sun loungers would be a welcome touch. Most staff were friendly, and the welcome lemonade was lovely.
