I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the cozy layout—it really felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. "This place is really amazing, great view from the balcony, big window for sunlight, spacial kitchen with a lot of accessories, quiet place and only few minutes drive to Walmart. The most important part is that the host definitely know the kids, a lot of board games and puzzles, we always bring puzzles and board games when we travel, and we were surprised they had many of them, very thoughtful and family friendly."

"Everything that I had read about the excellence of the hosts on other reviews was absolutely true. Alfonso helped us with our luggage and was very thorough in explaining all the check-in details. The room was very clean with a few added amenities to make us feel welcome and the made-to-order breakfast was delightful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others."

"Awesome place for a stay! Extremely clean, bright, and spacious. Has everything you could need if you chose to cook for yourself. Comfortably slept 5 with the pull out couch (it was really comfy!) In the perfect location if you are doing a Naramata Bench Wine Tour. Conveniently placed for downtown access also. Checking in and out was very simple. The host is great- early check in was accommodated. Highly recommend! "

"Location had excellent access to Peachland and south. Great hiking trails close by. Pool was great, and pickleball and tennis courts were in great shape. "
