"I have stayed at three units in this complex. This was by far the bestThe unit was clean, and all appliances and entertainment worked. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the laundry facilities. Overall, the furnishings were great with maybe the exception of the c couch/ lounge which needed some cushion replacement. "

"Awesome place for a stay! Extremely clean, bright, and spacious. Has everything you could need if you chose to cook for yourself. Comfortably slept 5 with the pull out couch (it was really comfy!) In the perfect location if you are doing a Naramata Bench Wine Tour. Conveniently placed for downtown access also. Checking in and out was very simple. The host is great- early check in was accommodated. Highly recommend! "

"We stayed in the penthouse condo #509 - it was beautiful and well equipped. It was nice and quiet. We used the hot tub and steam room, both were nice. We didn’t realize we needed our fob to re-enter the building from the outdoor pool area as well, so we got locked out. Thankfully someone was using the gym and we were able to get them to rescue us! Great location; close to shopping, dining, and wineries. We discovered the best bakery (Specialty Bakery) nearby. The condo board messages around the property sound a little aggressive and were off-putting, but we had a pleasant stay. The only negative thing was that I didn’t receive the check-in email 24 hours prior to my visit as I should have. When I called to enquire the man I spoke with was rude and said they tried sending it several times and it was probably in my junk mail (it wasn’t). Then he said it wasn’t sent because I never replied to any of their other emails - I went and double checked the previous emails and none of them had required a response to any questions. He sent the email during our phone call and my partner and I were able to check in smoothly. So customer service was definitely lacking. Overall the place was great and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Really great condo. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Nicely stocked kitchen. Excellent pool area. Loved the pickleball court. Great underground parking. The only negative was the area that dogs were allowed was really trashy. A gravel/weedy/garbage area behind the building otherwise there were signs posted regarding fines up to 200.00. We managed with our pups but it would have been great to have a place to walk the dogs other than a sidewalk on a busy highway. "
