"I had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kelowna! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for both short and extended stays. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the cozy layout—it really felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kelowna and will definitely be staying here again. A true 5-star experience!"

"The amenities were great however the carpets and hide a bed were fairly dirty. As was the tub. We had to clean the tub before using it. The host was very helpful. Enjoyed the underground parking. "

"Awesome place for a stay! Extremely clean, bright, and spacious. Has everything you could need if you chose to cook for yourself. Comfortably slept 5 with the pull out couch (it was really comfy!) In the perfect location if you are doing a Naramata Bench Wine Tour. Conveniently placed for downtown access also. Checking in and out was very simple. The host is great- early check in was accommodated. Highly recommend! "

"We had a lovely time at Juan’s condo in Kelowna! The instructions to receive the key, use of parking, and check-out were clear and simple. The unit itself is bright and spacious with a lovely corner deck. There is even a small grass area right off the deck. My husband, myself and our pooch felt right at home. Juan was absolutely wonderful to communicate with. We had an enjoyable time and cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you Juan! "
