"Place was clean. Coffee maker took 25 minutes to figure out then tiny cups. Went down to talk to staff about it. I asked how many people complained about coffee maker. She indicated lots can’t figure it out. No indication they are going to fix this. I then went into the restaurant to buy a coffee. $4.20 for a coffee. More expensive than Starbucks Really that much for drip coffee. Place was empty. I can see why."

"Host was very quick to respond to anything we asked. Condo was quiet, clean, well equipped and easy to access. Balcony provided great views and the supplied BBQ was handy to have. Location was great with quick access to all the shopping and restaurants we wanted. On site recreation facility was outstanding."

"The amenities were great however the carpets and hide a bed were fairly dirty. As was the tub. We had to clean the tub before using it. The host was very helpful. Enjoyed the underground parking. "

"We had a lovely time at Juan’s condo in Kelowna! The instructions to receive the key, use of parking, and check-out were clear and simple. The unit itself is bright and spacious with a lovely corner deck. There is even a small grass area right off the deck. My husband, myself and our pooch felt right at home. Juan was absolutely wonderful to communicate with. We had an enjoyable time and cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you Juan! "
