"I had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kelowna! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for both short and extended stays. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the cozy layout—it really felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kelowna and will definitely be staying here again. A true 5-star experience!"

"We had a nice stay here. It was spacious and well equipped for our family of 4 but I don’t think I would have accommodated 8-10 comfortably - ie not enough cups/wine glasses, cutlery etc for 10 people. Some parts of the unit showed wear and tear and there was limited clothing storage in the bedrooms (no dresser drawers - only closet space). The host took a while to respond to questions at times. The laundry machines were new and efficient.The complex, location of the unit, pool and beach were perfect. "
