"Place was clean. Coffee maker took 25 minutes to figure out then tiny cups. Went down to talk to staff about it. I asked how many people complained about coffee maker. She indicated lots can’t figure it out. No indication they are going to fix this. I then went into the restaurant to buy a coffee. $4.20 for a coffee. More expensive than Starbucks Really that much for drip coffee. Place was empty. I can see why."

"The owners have thought of everything. From greeting you with a glass of water and a cookie when I arrived to a pair of slippers in the bedroom. The breakfast is wonderful, you can feel the love that went into making it. There is a quiet atmosphere that I found relaxing. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening. Watching the horses running in the field and the hummingbirds eating. Listening to the crickets, frogs and the robins singing. Stores are close by and you can go to Kelowna in 20 minutes. The owner asked me why I chose their place to stay. I said I was impressed with the 10/10 rating other guests have given them. I don’t disagree! The owners should truly be proud at what they have achieved. Big hotels should take note on how to run a successful business from these owners. Maybe the really reason why they have fantastic rating is because they treat you like a friend."
